Construction Site Injuries
Since our firm handles both personal injury and workers’ compensation cases we have developed a special interest in what we call “cross-over” cases. These are cases with both a personal injury and workers’ compensation component. In some construction site injuries a third party is responsible for the accident. Although your claim against your employer may be limited to workers’ compensation benefits, you may have a personal injury claim against a third party. A typical third party may be a contractor other than your employer that caused the incident.
