The Law Offices of Jonathan Brand was founded in 1989. Since that time we have represented thousands of clients in connection with Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation cases.

We are available to our clients by personal meeting, telephone appointment, e-mail and voice mail. The firm accepts only a select number of cases each month in order to provide the best possible legal service.

Areas of Practice

The Law Offices of Jonathan Brand is dedicated to serving Californians injured on the job and in accidents. We have a special interest in cases involving injuries to the spine. We also have an interest in cases that “cross-over” personal injury and workers' compensation. Many of the cases we handle have some component of chiropractic care. The firm also represents physicians and facilities in connection with lien recovery in the workers’ compensation arena.

Mission Statement

In every case there is a balance between aggressively prosecuting a case to trial and attempting to settle the case out of court. In some cases an argument can be made that the case is too small to warrant expensive litigation. In other cases the tactics of the defense make settlement impossible. Our goal is to handle each case with the highest ethical standards, while never forgetting that the client's values come first. We are never reluctant to take our cases to trial or at the same time look for an early settlement as long as the client's values and best interest are protected.

We are very concerned about recent trends to restrict the ability of injured persons to obtain health care of choice.

The firm actively supports alternative medicine and the right of injured persons to the treatment of their choice.

The firm supports chiropractic as an integral part of health care and as a way for injured persons to manage pain and injury without drugs or surgery.

The firm is also an advocate of responsible and reasonable medical care.
