No Fee If No Recovery
Our firm handles personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that the fee is based on a percentage of the recovery. Litigation costs are not part of the fee and are payable whether you win or lose.
Litigation costs are monies paid to others for the benefit of the case. Typical litigation costs are deposition transcripts, filing fees, record subpoenas and expert witnesses.
The attorney and the client need to work together to determine the appropriate costs for the case.
